The Polish Museum of America
The Archives of the Polish Museum of America are the center for documentation and research on the history of Poles and Polish Americans.
Considered to be one of the most important sources of information for those interested in the Polish past in America, the archival holdings consist of a large variety of materials, including personal photographs and letters, maps and atlases, rare books, and religious texts from Polish Roman Catholic parishes in the Chicago area and beyond. Additional collections include an oral history collection, film, video and musical collections, and a genealogical collection.
