Chicago Collections Consortium is thrilled to announce that we were recently awarded a $15,000 grant through the CityArts Program of the City of Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE) to help support our operations. Also, we are excited and thankful that this grant can be renewed for the same amount in 2023.

We are so grateful to the Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events for their support of the work that CCC does to connect our cultural institutions together, and our communities to those resources.

We are also delighted to announce that CCC has been awarded an additional one-time gift of $5,000 from the National Endowment for the Arts as part of the American Rescue Plan, awarded through DCASE to organizations that have taken a leadership role in ‘coordinating, convening, and supporting...the larger Chicago arts sector’.

We are elated to be counted among the distinguished organizations that also received this award in 2022 - including several of our member institutions and collaborators: Balzekas Museum of Lithuanian Culture, Chicago Cultural Alliance, Chinese American Museum of Chicago, Illinois Arts Alliance, Puerto Rican Arts Alliance, and Sixty Inches from Center

The CityArts Program has been offering grants to Chicago-based organizations to support operations and project work for more than 20 years.
